We cried uncle and hired a contractor for the basement. He started on Tuesday. It might seem strange to be doing the basement when we have not finished upstairs. Really, we want to do the basement so we can organize all of our stuff, which has not been organized for about 5 years. Plus we will have some really nice guest quarters when this is done.
Yesterday, the cabinets for the laundry room and guest bathroom were delivered. They are all in the living room for now. Awesome. Ladies, do we think it is possible to have too many cabinets? Never! The laundry room is a little bit out of control though.
This is my living room right now. Eric tells me it will get better today. Hmmmm.
I know this will have a happy ending but right now it just looks sad!
ReplyDeleteYesterday ended okay. I could sit on the sofa, which is what I cared about! I am anxious for the laundry room cabinets to be installed for sure!
